Your personalized access code will allow you to access your dome from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. You must have left the premises by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure to allow our cleaning team to properly prepare for the arrival of the next guests. A late departure or an early arrival can be requested and will be considered according to availability. There are no additional costs

You can cancel with a full refund or move your stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. No refund will be granted in the 30 days preceding your first night, regardless of the reason.

At the time of booking your stay, the total amount of the reservation will be debited (including GST/QST and 3.5% tax on accommodation) We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments.

Our domes can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a King bed in the main room as well as a double Murphy bed. Finally you will find a Queen bed at the top of the central block. A playpen can be provided on request at no additional cost.

You will have access to 1 parking space per dome. On request, you can have access to a second space. We ask you, if you have to come with 2 vehicles, to park in line to leave space to circulate.

You will receive an email 2 to 5 days before your arrival including your personalized access code for the digital lock allowing you to arrive at the time that suits you as well as a guide with useful information for your stay. This information guide will also be available in your dome. You will also receive our contact information in this same email so that you can communicate directly with us if you need assistance or have questions, 24/7. We are always happy to get your feedback so do not hesitate to contact us when you arrive and/or leave!

Our domes are all equipped with WIFI high-speed internet access. The access code will be sent to you in your arrival instructions and will also be available in the dome information guide

Our domes are strictly smoke free. Smoking is therefore prohibited in the dome, on the outdoor patio or in the spa. It is also forbidden to dispose of cigarette butts on the site anywhere other than in the ashtrays provided for this purpose. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a surcharge of $250 plus additional cleaning and/or repair costs.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on site.

Each dome has an outdoor propane fireplace directly on the unit’s balcony. However, wood fires are strictly prohibited.

Out of respect for the neighborhood and to limit the risk of forest fires and fires, it is strictly forbidden to make fireworks.

On request, you will have access to certain accessories for young children. We can provide you with a playpen, high chair and booster seat, at no cost. In addition you will find in each dome dishes and plastic cups. Outdoor equipment suitable for children is also available.

We offer you access to outdoor equipment on site so that you can fully enjoy your stay. Snowshoes will be available for the winter season (adult and child) and walking sticks for the summer season. These items are available for everybody on the service building so it is very appreciated to put them back in place between each use so that everyone can benefit from them.

The domes are set back to maximize nature immersion. You will therefore have to park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk to your dome. A cart is provided for you to transport your belongings and food. A distance of approximately 100 meters on foot is to be expected on our footpath.

The Lanaudière region abounds with activities. Our domes are just a few minutes away from many outdoor attractions and the village of Saint-Donat. Our site is located 10 minutes from the village of Saint-Donat where you will find many unique restaurants and terraces as well as grocery stores (IGA and Metro) and an SAQ. We are less than 5 minutes from the village of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci which offers convenience store, gas and small restaurant

 Our domes are located in the municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci in the Lanaudière region. We are 1.5 hours from Montreal, 3 hours from Quebec and 2.5 hours from Ottawa.

A Nespresso Vertuo machine is provided in each dome. We supply 8 capsules for stays of 2 nights and 12 capsules for stays of 3 or more nights. You will also find a kettle and a small variety of tea/herbal tea. Dish soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper, paper towel, cooking oil, sugar/salt and pepper, hand soap, garbage bags, shampoo and body soap

You will not find a television in your dome. We offer a variety of board games for everyone to enjoy and of course high-speed internet access.

Our domes are accessible in winter. The same services are offered (spa, outdoor fireplace, BBQ, among others). However, during a storm, the stairs and paths may not be completely clear during your travels. Be careful. In addition, our site is located at the top of a mountain so our access road is on a passable slope but could be slippery during the winter period despite snow removal and sanding, we recommend that you have winter tires in good condition and all-wheel drive. Use caution and do not hesitate to contact us if needed, we are here to help you.

The base rate is $285/night + taxes and varies according to the time of year. A minimum of 2 nights is required to make a booking. At certain times, single nights could be rented, subscribe to our newsletter and Facebook page to be the first to know!

A curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It is permitted to enjoy the spa and/or the outdoor fireplace and to listen to music at a low volume, but we ask that you remain respectful of others and keep the noise level as low as possible.
